Refreshing the blog

Seeing as the blog hasn't gotten an update in quite some time, I've decided to give it an upgrade.

It's staying on Blogger for now, but I've renamed the blog from "Doofensmirtz Online Blogginator" to "DingusCorp Central".

What's DingusCorp?

As you probably already know if you've browsed around my site much, the name "Doofensmirtz" is a misspelling. It was not originally intentional. However, I decided to just run with it and I've kept the name running as a joke ever since.
Eventually, when I wanted to start working on other software and hardware projects, I didn't want to just cram everything onto the one site, or at least under the same name as I take different development philosophies with each. So I kept the goofy theme and came up with the name "DingusCorp"- A pseudo-org supposed to be the "parrent" org of DoofOnline, and more importantly, serves as an umbrella for all of my more experimental projects or projects in new fields I haven't explored before.

Why rename the blog, if it already existed?

Originally I was going to have the "DingusCorp Central" be a news-style post inside of DoofOnline. However, seeing as DoofOnline already has the game reviews page and will be getting a dedicated DinugsCorp Software page (Software Projects) in this coming update, I decided to just refresh the blogger page instead of creating 4 entirely different blog-style pages. Reviews will be staying on the site. Software Projects are coming soon (if not today!), and maybe some day I'll move the blog to the site as well, but for now it's staying on Blogger.

So what's next?

You'll see the blog becoming a lot more active. I'll be talking about all sorts of projects here- My own hardware projects (Mostly home improvement, IoT, ESPHome and embedded), software projects, still some stuff about new content and concepts for the website, occasionally unreleased animation and software concepts, just about everything.
I'll probably also start posting doodles and other art on the site again in the Vault.
